TRITICALE

Triticale. This hybrid cereal choice is not merely a product of science. It’s a true “super cereal,” with more nutritional fiber, protein, and minerals than both wheat and rye together. Manganese, iron, copper, zinc, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, and magnesium, as well as important vitamins like vitamin E and the full B-family of vitamins, can all be found in potentially abundant amounts in triticale. Plant breeders have developed a cereal grain called triticale.
